• Graphology: Graphology is the study of handwriting to analyze a person's personality, behaviour and psychological traits.
• Numerology: Numerology is the study of numbers, often used to interpret a person’s character, predict future events or uncover deeper meanings in life.

• User Account Details: Name, email address, phone number, profile information, uploaded handwriting/signature samples, comments, and reviews.
• Payment Information: Data required to process payments, such as transaction details.
• Sensitive Personal Data such as passwords and payment details will be treated with additional safeguards in compliance with the Indian IT Act.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device information, IP address, browser type, operating system.
• Location data and GPS information (if enabled).

• In the event of a Data Breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovering the breach, as per Indian Regulations. Notifications will be sent via email and mobile application. We will also inform relevant data protection authorities as required by law.

Transfer of Data

• Cross-Border Data Transfer: Your personal data may be transferred and processed outside of India, including in countries where data protection laws may differ. We ensure that such transfers comply with the Indian IT Act and that appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses are in place to protect your information. By using the Soulera platform, you consent to the cross-border transfer of your personal data for the purposes described in this policy.
• Within Our Organization: Your personal data may be shared among our affiliates, subsidiaries or partners for operational purposes, such as managing our services, improving customer experience and conducting internal analysis. We ensure that all entities involved maintain appropriate data protection standards.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We may engage third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, such as IT, support, marketing or data analysis. These providers may have access to your personal data as necessary to carry out their functions and we ensure that they are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Your personal data may be disclosed to government authorities, law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities when required by law, in response to a judicial summons, or court orders or to protect our rights or those of others.

Data Retention

• Retention Period: We retain your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. The specific retention periods are as follows:

• Account Information: Your account-related data, including name, contact details and account preferences, will be retained as long your account or subscription remains active or as required to provide the services. If you choose to delete your account or terminate your subscription, we will retain your data for a grace period of 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
• Transactional Data: Data related to orders, payments and communication between vendors and customers will be retained for a period of 7 years, as required for financial reporting and audit purposes, in compliance with applicable laws.
• Sensitive Personal Data: Data such as passwords and payment information will be securely stored and encrypted during use and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for the purposes of processing your transactions, typically within 180 days after the completion of the transaction.
• Usage Data: Data collected automatically, such as IP addresses,  device information and usage statistics, will be retained for up to 2 years for analytics and platform optimization. After this period, the data will either be anonymized or deleted, unless it's needed for security or legal purposes.

• Periodic Data Reviews: We periodically review the personal data we collect and store to ensure it is still necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy. Data that is no longer required for the purposes of providing the service, legal compliance or legitimate business interests will be securely deleted or anonymized. This review process occurs annually to keep our data handling practices efficient and compliant.
• Deletion or Anonymization of Data: Upon the expiry of the retention periods mentioned above, personal data will either be deleted or anonymized. Anonymization ensures that the data cannot be linked back to an individual, allowing us to retain aggregated information for statistical purposes while respecting user privacy.
• User-Initiated Deletion Requests: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion of your data within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal or security purposes.
