We ensure that all entities involved maintain appropriate data protection standards.

These providers may have access to your personal data as necessary to carry out their functions and we ensure that they are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.

If you choose to delete your account or terminate your subscription, we will retain your data for a grace period of 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
  • Transactional Data: Data related to orders, payments and communication between vendors and customers will be retained for a period of 7 years, as required for financial reporting and audit purposes, in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Sensitive Personal Data: Data such as passwords and payment information will be securely stored and encrypted during use and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for the purposes of processing your transactions, typically within 180 days after the completion of the transaction.
  • Usage Data: Data collected automatically, such as IP addresses,  device information and usage statistics, will be retained for up to 2 years for analytics and platform optimization. After this period, the data will either be anonymized or deleted, unless it's needed for security or legal purposes.
  • Periodic Data Reviews: We periodically review the personal data we collect and store to ensure it is still necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy. Data that is no longer required for the purposes of providing the service, legal compliance or legitimate business interests will be securely deleted or anonymized.   • Deletion or Anonymization of Data: Upon the expiry of the retention periods mentioned above, personal data will either be deleted or anonymized.
