We take privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. 1. Personal Data: User Account Details: Name, email address, phone number, profile information, uploaded handwriting/signature samples, comments, and reviews. Payment Information: Data required to process payments, such as transaction details. Sensitive Personal Data such as passwords and payment details will be treated with additional safeguards in compliance with the Indian IT Act.

Platform-Specific Payment Processing (iOS Version): The iOS version of our app now supports in-app purchases through Apple's secure payment system. When you purchase credits from within the iOS app, the transaction is processed directly by Apple. We do not collect, store, or have access to any personal or financial information related to these payments. All payment-related personal data is handled according to Apple's Privacy Policy. These credits can then be used to unlock digital content or reports within the app.

2. Automatically Collected Information: Device information, IP address, browser type, operating system; location data and GPS information if enabled; usage data, including pages visited, time spent, interaction data, and browsing history.

Soulera shall not be held liable for consequences arising from analysis performed on submissions made by Minors. Responsibility rests solely with the parent or legal guardian.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Users will be notified of material changes through email or prominent notices on the Platform with the updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform after changes signifies acceptance of the revised Policy.
